Welcome to Sanctuary Village, the first tiny house community in Philadelphia. We are dedicated to alleviating housing insecurity for women, age 55 or older, looking to transition out of homelessness. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where our residents can rebuild their lives and regain their independence.
With our innovative approach to affordable housing, we aim to create a community that fosters growth, empowerment, and lasting change.Chosen by the City of Philadelphia, our tiny house village will be built at 7979 State Road (in Holmesburg).
