Before her tenure at Sanctuary Village, Staci served as Chief Operating Officer at a local nonprofit organization, where she played a critical role in shaping financial strategies and operational policies to drive organizational growth. Her previous experience as President of the Health Partners Foundation allowed her to spearhead advocacy efforts for social determinants of health, amplifying the organization’s impact within the community.
